User Responsibilities
Account Security

- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Accurate Information
- Provide truthful and accurate information in your profile
- Update your information promptly when changes occur
- Ensure all professional credentials and experience are valid
Prohibited Activities
- Creating false or misleading profiles
- Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
- Attempting to circumvent our platform for direct transactions
- Sharing login credentials with third parties
- Using automated tools to access our services

Employers pay only for successful hires (one time or recurring model), with no upfront costs or hidden fees. Contact our sales team for detailed pricing.
Legal Certification
All payment agreements are legally certified and compliant with international employment laws. Our contracts are reviewed by legal experts to ensure fairness, transparency, and protection for both parties.
Intellectual Property Rights
The WeAreQA platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by WeAreQA and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
- User-generated content remains owned by the user but grants us license to use it for platform operations
- You retain ownership of your professional information and profile data
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates our terms or applicable laws
Privacy and Data Protection

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, or government actions.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
- You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings
- We may terminate accounts for violations of our Terms or community guidelines
- Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked
- Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
